Task Views

Team Tasks provides two powerful views for managing your team’s work: the Kanban Board (default) and the List View. Both views offer filtering, sorting, and saved views to help you focus on what matters.

Click on a team in the Your teams sidebar section to open the team’s task view.

The team task header provides essential controls:

ElementDescription
Team NameCurrent team displayed
Create ButtonQuick task creation using workflow defaults
Workflow TabsSwitch between workflows (if team has multiple)
Saved ViewsAccess saved filter combinations
View ToggleSwitch between Board and List views
SearchFind tasks by title or description

When a team has multiple workflows, tabs appear to let you switch between them.

Each tab displays:

  • Workflow name
  • Task count badge (non-archived tasks in that workflow)

Click a tab to view tasks for that workflow. The task count helps you understand workload distribution.

The Kanban board is the default view for Team Tasks, providing a visual representation of task progress.
