Labels
Labels are a flexible tagging system that enables you to categorize and organize tasks across LMI. Each label has a name and optional color, making it easy to visually identify related tasks regardless of which workflow or team they belong to. Labels can be applied to any task and are used to filter views, group related work, and quickly identify task categories.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Labels provide a way to classify tasks beyond the structure of workflows and teams. Use labels to:
- Categorize tasks by project, topic, priority level, or any custom classification
- Visually identify related tasks through color-coded badges on task cards and lists

- Organize work across multiple teams and workflows using consistent tags
- Create saved views based on label combinations for quick access to filtered task lists
