Applications

The Applications section contains the primary operational modules of Last Mile Intelligence. The main navigation is organized into top-level applications and workspaces.

These applications are always accessible from the main navigation:

  • Home - Dashboard and overview
  • All Tasks - Task management across all modules
  • Analytics - Reports and data analysis

Workspaces group related functionality by business area. Each workspace contains modules specific to that function.

Manage your customer relationships, track leads, and close opportunities.

Plan and execute fuel delivery operations.

  • Bobtail - Bobtail delivery planning
  • Service - Service scheduling and management
  • Transport - Transport dispatch planning

Manage billing, payments, and receivables.

Manage work items, track progress, and coordinate across teams.

  • All Tasks - Unified view of tasks across all teams with list and Kanban views, filtering, and search
  • Team Tasks - Team-centric task boards with dedicated workflows and Kanban views for focused team work

Click on a workspace name (Sales & CRM, Operations, Financial, or Tasks) to expand it and see the available modules. Click on a module to navigate to it.

Access to workspaces and their modules is controlled by your user permissions. If you don’t see a workspace or module, contact your administrator to request access.
